  • What is the difference between 2D and 3D detailing?
    Our 3D detailing is the show stopping element of your sign – it is done by using an additional layer of laser cut acrylic on the most important/prominent elements of your signs to give a 3D effect. Out 2D detailing is then printed using our UV printer to give an luxury and precious finish to your seating plan
  • What size do you recommend for signs?
    Personally – we recommend A1 for all signs (go big or go home) but for a more intimate wedding of less than 7-8 tables, A2 is also a great option.
  • How early in advance should I order?
    There is never a time when early is too early, especially during peak times. We highly recommend securing your date with us as soon as you can, but we recommend ordering 6-8 weeks in advance, but we can also sometimes accommodate quicker turnaround periods.
  • Do you offer packages?
    Yes – we do have a few set packages that we think are great for weddings, but we can also build a custom package to suit your needs so get in touch to arrange a no obligation quote.
  • Can I order a sample to see what the colour is like in person?
    Yes – we absolutely recommend ordering a set of samples before deciding on the final colours if you are unsure or want it to closely match a particular colour and we aim to ship these within a few days of ordering.
  • Do we see digital proofs of signs before they are made?
    Absolutely – if you order anything that is custom to you, we will send a digital proof over for approval before making.
  • Can we make changes after we have ordered?
    We do allow as many changes as you like at the design stage but as soon as the items are approved to print, it is too late to make any more changes as once the printing process has started, we can’t go back.
  • Do you offer completely custom/unique designs?
    We would love to work with you to design your perfect wedding stationery and if you have seen something you like, please send it across and we can work with you to create this. Once we know what we are looking at, we will send a quote over for your approval. Please note – for complex designs, there may be a design charge on top.
  • Do you do rush orders?
    We like to help when we can so, please email us for rush order availability
  • Do we work directly with Venue Dressers and other suppliers?
    Absolutely - we love working with other suppliers. We don’t want to cause issues for anyone so will only team up with one supplier in each area around the country but get in touch and we would love to see if we can work together!
  • Where do you ship to?
    Our delivery is to UK only unless requested otherwise. Please get in touch to discuss worldwide delivery options.
